I was 11.. I am adult and this is on my record I witness my steo dad beating my sistet.

I have came to relize that the reason im not being hired is bc of the child abuse. Even tho I wad a wittness the employers does not see that . All they see is my name the charge the case number and that its a feloney and the case was closed.

So since I work in the medical field nobdy will hire me bc of it . I went to the court house and they tild me I had to pay for it to be removed. Not okay. I am not the obe who commented the crime but I am being turned away by these jobs. I need advise

You can have it expunged since it was a juvenile offense, but yes, you will have to pay for it. Although you may not have understood at the time, the time and place to fight this was when you were charged. It's too late to dispute the facts (although you are free to clarify to anyone that asks, what happened). I must also comment that even if you get it sealed or expunged, if you work in the medical field you must disclose it anyway. If your future is worth $500 to $1000, I'd advise you spend the money to get an attorney and at least minimize matters by getting it sealed or expunged.
