When a judge signs off on a search warrant, how long is the warrant valid before search can be made? Is there a time limit?

Re: Search warrant

It a certain point the warrant will become stale but that depends on the nature of what the officers believe that they will find the amount of time that it would take for a warrant to become stale would vary from case to case.

If you would like to chat further about your case my office is here in Broward where I previously worked as a prosecutor.
