4-marijuana posses wit sell mfg del wi 1000 feet worship/busn sch 1

7-drug paraphernalia posses or use.

My son has a public defender and the prosecutor is offering 3 yr minimum mandatory for the trafficking charge and will.drop everything else. Should he take the plea bargain. My son is in a wheelchair due to muscular dystrophy and in somewhat poor health. There are a lot of discrepancies in the reports and the gun was up in the closet of the hotel room they were staying in. He cannot stand, so we know he could not have put it there. They made this offer yesterday and he has until the morning to give his answer. What should he do?
