Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a Judge to issue an order to seal my record. I want to know how long does it usually take for a Judge to issue an order? I have met all the requirements to have my record sealed. The prosecutor has signed off. And I need this to get employment that is hanging in the balance. Is there anything I can do. My attorney says there is nothing I can do since we are waiting for the Judge to issue an order.

Listen to your attorney. Sometimes judges take longer than others and these are not priorities to them. People sitting in jail usually get first prirority. However, your attorney should know this judge so ask if there is any way to expedite it.
