Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
hello wat happends if i have a restraining order on my ex and we have court soon so i can make it permenate...on my bday a few days ago i textd him (happy birthday i still love u but why did u hurt me like that)...can i get in trouble that??

You have the restraining order AGAINST him or her, not the other way around. Your ex is not allowed to contact you but you cannot get in trouble for contacting your ex...
