Discrimmination because of weight?

I have been passed over more than twice for advancement oppurtunities within my company and feel it is based on the fact that I am overweight, and not a cute little perky blond.

The first job advancement was not even brought to my attention, so i was not allowed to even interview for it because the Job was filled by someone with no experience what so ever in that department. Where as i have worked for almost two years in that department, and have worked hard and well and have always received good reviews and raises.The second oppunity i was notified and allowed to interview for it as a courtesy i feel because i was so upset about not being notified about the previous opening. I feel that the decision had already been made even before any opportunies to interviewwould like some advice as to how to pursue a case or even if i have a case at all. Or am I stuck just working at the level im at with no hope for growth with this company?
