Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Are there any laws for people who enjoy smoking, while still respecting non smokers

such as a bill of rights. It seems pretty unjust that there are laws to protect part of the American population while penalizing an individual who chooses to smoke because of pleasure, no different than the alcoholic who enjoys His 3 martinis every day. What laws preserve our right to partake in a totally legal activity without harassment, ridicule, and quite frankly out right discrimination.

There are not any specific laws to protect smokers. You can smoke in your own house and in your own car. You can smoke outside unless it is outside the doors of a facility that prohibits smoking around the entrance. You can smoke in bars that don't serve food.

Where else would you like to smoke while still respecting non-smokers?
