Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

3rd Dui & 2nd DWLS & VOP

I have a question. I was recently stopped for my 3rd DUI within 10 years and my second DWLS. I was on probation at that time for my first DWLS. My court date is a week apart next month.I refused to blow this last time. What am I looking at in terms of jail time, license suspensions and fines. Is it in my best interest to hire an attorney or take my chance with a public defender.I'm under the understanding that this could be a lifetime suspension.

You would certainly be wise to consult with an attorney to review your case. Because it is a refusal your case hinges on your performance on the roadsides and your appearance on the video.

Most attorneys offer free consultations.
