My boyfriend was arrested in duval county for driving on a suspended license he got 10 days they ran his background and saw there was a warrant in orange county for the same/failure to appear in court. How long can duval county hold him before he is extradited to orange county or released from duval county to go free if the other county doesnt come for him.

Another county usually has 30 days to extradite AFTER he has finished dealing with the charges in Duval.
