Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

My DUI was reduced to reckless driving after going to court (I was on a prescribed medication, Ambian). I was sentenced to a year of probation, along with other classes and such. I just received a speeding ticket yesterday. I'm worried that this will bring back my other charges. It was strictly a speeding ticket. My license is still valid, and I don't have any restrictions. What do I do? Should I be worried? I live in FL.

A speeding ticket is usually not grounds to violate your probation. You shouldn't be worried. As far as restrictions, you should check with the DMV. If it was reduced to reckless then there may not be a suspension due to the criminal charge, however, the DMV may have suspended your license as a result of the arrest. Again, check with DMV.
