I was found passed out behind the wheel taken to a hospital the cops took blood read me my rights and said they will issue a warrant for my arrest in 3wks I received no ticket nothing I was releases from the hospital 1hr later.. can I be charged for a dui still it happened in florida I did not give consent to draw blood

Your situation is not uncommon. They absolutely can charge you. They also have the right to take your blood without your consent if you're passed out because of the implied consent law. They are going to analyze the blood results and charge you accordingly. Of course, whenever blood draws are involved there are more defenses. I strongly suggest you get an attorney immediately in your area to help fight this early.
