getting old SC charges to get liscense in FL
How does one get old charges/fines/obligations sent to florida so I can get my liscense here? The SC liscense was suspended for 1 yr 8 yrs ago.

First you will need to clear up any holds placed on you by SC. Florida will not take responsibility for resolving those, so they can't be transferred. Call the DMV in SC and find out what the holds are, and resolve them. This sounds a lot easier than it is. You might want to contact the attorney that represented you in the original charge, and retain him to help you.
Then you should be able to get a FL license.
