Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Less than a week ago, I was arrested for DUI. I failed the sobriety test and refused the breathlyzer test. There were no injuries and there was no property damage (i.e. I did not hit anybody). I have a clean driving record and this is the first time I have ever been arrested. What are the possible penalties and what are the my chances of having this charge brought down to carless or reckless driving? Will I be able to get a temporary license to drive to and from work?

The penaties are a wide range from classes to jail time. You need to contest your administrative DL suspension if there are grounds to do so. Please let me know if you would likea consultation. I practice DUI all over the state.
