Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida

Exotic Dancers Where do they Cross the Line?

I'm openning a strip o'gram service in the daytona beach/orlando area for bachelor parties and the like. I need to know how what a stripper can legally do? Are lap dances OK? Is total nudity acceptable? Are sex shows acceptable? Where is the legal line drawn in the 'sex' industry between what is accepted and what is criminal?

Thank You,

Jen

Your question raises a wide array of issues involving both civil and criminal law. One cannot properly and fully respond to your question in this forum. You need to seek the advice of counsel. Good luck.

First you will be regulated by both state and local law. Local cities and counties often have municipal codes and ordinances relating to adult enterntainment. I would not venture into the business without first talking with an attorney. I currently represent escort services, strip clubs and other adult entertainment companies please call for an telephone appointment.
