Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida

Setting up Games Stations (Playstation, XBox exc.) in a arcade

I am interested in opening an arcade using Game Stations like the (Playstation, XBox and others) but, I do not know if it is legal to do this or if it is the same as renting these systems out. (much like blockbuster does now)

--I will take any help at all even if its just another source--

Depending on the software license you may need to obtain a license for the purpose you intend.
