Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 13 and my mum is very, ehm, protective. My father and her are divorced and she lied to me saying she had a restraining order on him, making me not be able to talk to him. She also blamed him for calling CPS on us, which he didn't. I saw him today and he didn't get a restraining order, or call CPS. Will that come back to bite her in the butt during the legal process of my dad trying to get custody. My mum has full and my dad has visitation rights. Is there anyway this chain of events can speed up the custody progress, when my father decides to get a lawyer and go to court. Thanks!
