Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a 16 year old male seeking emancipation. I have a job so I could support myself, I'll still be attending school, I am able to care for myself, and I can live with my 21 year old brother as a roommate. I would like to know if there's a way I can become emancipated without parental consent. Also, is emancipation a difficult thing for a judge to approve?
