Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have an 18 year old who wants to move out. She is still in high school her senior year but she is 18. Am I still legally responsible for her if she moves out or is all responsibility in all legal and criminal matters hers?

If she is 18, you can't even stop her from moving out. Also, once she is 18, her responsibility is all her own. The one thing you are entitled to is a copy of her high school records. That's it.
