I have a 5 year old and 11 year old.my 11 year old wants to move in would i still pay child support for my 5 year old?

most likely it would be a wash however you should have an attorney run the support guidelines.

Probably not but the decision is for the Judge, If both parents sign a Stipulation as to no child support you may avoid a hearing. You should have an attorney draft the document.

Unless you and the other party have virtually the same net income, there would most likely still be a child support obligation. The first step would be to file a Supplemental Petition to modify the current time-sharing. However, if there has not been a substantial change in circumstances, it may not be possible for the court to modify the parenting plan at this time.
