Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I have an agreement with my attorney that he will be paid at the end of the case out of the settlement and he finds out that my mother has sold property and pressures me "ask your mother for the money" to pay him before the case is settled and he also is filing a motion to be released as my attorney based on no payment: Is this coercion.

You should find other counsel. It is illegal and against bar regulations to take a case contingency if it involves family law. I don't think your attorney would risk his license on your case. But you should allow his release and seek other counsel.
