Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am American and my husband is from Israel. We have four children who have dual citizenship. We have always lived in America and all the kids were born in America. Now they are in Israel to visit family and he claims he is not coming back with them. How do I get them home? What rights do I have? What can I do?

If the marriage is over, promptly pursue a divorce here. This assumes that you and the kids have been residents of Florida for at least the past 6 months.

Israel is a member to the Hague Convention governing international child abduction. So the process hopefully won't be overly burdensome. You should retain an experienced family law attorney.
