Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend are live together and are not married.he has a 15 year old son.if we were to get something notarized so that i can speak to his sons school and doctor do they have to speak to me

At the very least your boyfriend must provide notarized authorization you. They should honor that.
