Generally your GF is considered emancipated.

GF can make criminal complaint against Grandmother for refusing to let her leave home.

Grandmother may file trespass complaint against you if you go on the premises without permission.

You need to file family law court case to establish paternity and for you to have visitation with the child. Grandmother cannot refuse to follow court order.

You have to file a petition with the court o establish your parental rights.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
