Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can be done if the certificate of service was never filled out when the motions where filed? Are there attorneys who still work pro bono cases in family matters cause I don't have money to afford an attorney and really need one.

Is there an issue as to whether the motions were served? If not, the certificate of service is not a big deal. If there is an issue, a separate, amended certificate of service should be filed.

Check you local legal aid office to see if you can receive free or low cost legal services. Like most people in the country, attorneys can't give away their services.

Every time a party files a document with the clerk they are supposed to file a certificate of service that it was sent to you as well. If one party is not completing the forms properly then mention it to the court.
