Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a child support order including visitaion, what can i do if other parent does not execrise visitation order in over two years?

I am not sure what you would want to do? You cannot force someone to visit the child, if he is getting a child support reduction you could file a supplemental Petition to modify child support and have it based on the actual schedule. His failure to visit alone would probably not be enough to terminate his rights unless there was someone that would be willing to adopt the child and he has failed to not only have visits, but all contact and probably even them more would probably be required.

You can have your child support payments increased due to the non-visitation of the other parent.

YOu can not force the other parent to visit.
