Child support

When child suport is ordered on a newborn baby is it ordered from date of birth(paying ahead) or is it ordered starting at 1 month(paying after)

It is up to the judge. Child support on a newborn should be ordered from the date of birth because that is when the need for support begins and the obligation accrues.

Child supports begins whenever the order says it starts. If it doesn't say, it starts on the date of the order.
