Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support

My wife and I are getting a divorce and trying to work it out outside of court. We have 2 sons (9&6) My net pay is $1610.71 each month, and she is unemployed. Can you give me an estimate on my child support. I know it won't be accurate, but I just want an idea if possible, so we can work it out together.

Re: child support

I came up with slightly different numbers, but close:

$535.62 per month basic obligation (assuming imputing $6.79/hour minimum wage to your wife)

$109.57 per month if you rotate.

Re: child support

I come up with $540.36 per month, and you'll be responsible for 59% of the health insurance and aftercare, if any.

If you do 50/50 visitation (like week on, week off or something like that), your support is $127.91 per month.
