Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my childs mother and i are going through a custody battle she currently has custody and i have weekend visitations. in the court documents it states that we both are suppose to agree on her schooling, doctors etc. well my child is almost 5 and her mother refuses to put her into preschool i have tried to tell her i have a say so to and she just doesnt listen. she just doesnt want to get off her butt and take the time to enroll her. what can i do because she isnt taking my advice or requests.

Report her to the school authorities. PreK 5 is mandatory and your child should be in school.
