Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a consolidated student loan which is half mine and half my ex husband's. When I got a divorce in 2009, the judge ordered that my ex-husband paid his portion of the student loan. My ex has never paid any of it. I have been paying. Do I file a motion of contempt?
