Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have an ex that is in contempt of a Final Divorce Decree Judgment...He was to refinance home within 90 days after the divorce was final. He didn't , now I have received papers from an attorney that says home will be sold at Courthouse in August....I have no attorney...I sent papers to the Judge , sent Final Divorce Judgment and other papers.. Sorry but I was sent a letter saying it was improper to send the Court any correspondence. Is it lawful for a judge to let someone follow through with a case if it is known that someone is in Contempt.... My ex is retired law enforcement ( 32 yrs)..He has always thought he is above the law. I need to know what to do and how to make ex pay for any repercussions to me the innocent party because of this against the law situation... INNOCENT VICTIM NEEDS HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not enough information to answer. You need to see a local attorney ASAP and take all papers for review.

Obviously your ex let the house go into foreclosure and a sale date has now been set. You need 1. to file a Motion for Contempt, and get a hearing date . 2. You need to file a Motion to set aside the foreclosure sale - one you were not notified (I assume you are on the deed or the mortgage or whatever. Run to the nearest attorney to get this done whether you get the contempt or not.

You need to hire a lawyer to assist in enforcement of the terms of the final judgment.
