i been to court 4 times to get a dna test but my son farther didn't show up to any so they closed my case what should i do next

Did he sign the birth certificate? If he signed the birth certificate, that is enough for you to go forward on a child support enforcement case. I'm not sure what you're trying to do in getting the dna test since it would benefit him basically in doing so.
