Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have not been to court over visitation of my child. Me and my ex have worked together but now shes planning to move her to another state. Do I have any rights to stop her?

You have no rights unless you pursue your paternal rights through the Court.

It would be much simpler for everyone if you did this before she relocates with the Child

You should retain an experienced family law attorney.
