Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter has a baby with her boyfriend. She lives with me and so does the baby. I have to move out of state and she would like to relocate with me. She would like to continue her studies since I take care of the baby for her. The baby's father is against the move. What are her options ?

If not married she can move, however if there is a court order in place then she will need an order from the court or his written consent. Use of a lawyer is recommended.
