Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my daughters father was mia for 10 years child support finally found him i am still married to this man i sent my daughter to a residentail home for truant kids. the only reason he called was to talk about money. this place that my daughter is in is now tking it upon themselves to make desions without asking me i sign her in ive been through it all with my daughter what can i do to not have all ive work for with child have to take tree steps backwards

Not sure what the question is? If child support found your spouse - he is responsible for child support. AS to the residential home, read the policy of the home as to decisions.
