Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In a dependency hearing, a motion was filed by father to place children with godparents. In this hearing, the DCF caseworker, the GAL and the witness for DCF perjured themselves on the stand. The judge denied the motion and put in her order the horrible things that were said on the stand. I feel this should be corrected and my reputation is now ruined by such statements. Is there anything I can do?

Never vote for a Democrat again.

Seriously, if you feel the Judge is prejudiced against you file a motion for recucal and then a motion for rehearing.
