Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm on disability and my ex wife receives money from my disability as well. When I got ssi they closed my child support case. Can she reopen the case and receive child support and my disability both now that I'm on ssdi. My disability pays her about 250 a month more than I paid for child support. Thank you for any advice you can give. David

It depends on how the Florida Guideline Child Support numbers work out. If you are receiving both SSI and SSD she may use your total cash flow to determine child support. See a local attorney to have the numbers run.
