Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can my divorce be nulified? Both I and my x-wife want this. Nothing has changed with our assets, banking etc. All has remained the same, ie joint accounts, jointly held assets, etc., since our marriage 12 years ago. We both trust each other, we are honest with each other and all our financial affairs are completely transparent, with each other. Our divorce was in April 2010. We had an argument and out of anger did it. We have changed nothing, per the divorce decree. Therefore, we both want the divorce nulified. Can this be done?

Just get remarried, or spend at least $3G on an attorney, just to have the judge uphold the divorce anyway.

If you love her than remarry her. You don't need legal advice to tell you that. Best Wishes.
