Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced almost 6 years and we have 50/50 custody. Can I still ask for child support based on our incomes being vastly different? I make $40K he makes $180K? We are in Broward County, FL

Something smells about this. The Judge is required to consider Child Support at the time of the Final Hearing. If there was a waiver in the martial settlement agreement you may be out of luck. Could be an honest mistake by the Judge but that would be very unusual.
