false reports

my ex-wife keeps filing false complaints with the dept.of family and children services.is there any recourse on my part or am I just a victim?

Re: false reports

There is a statute that refers to "Filing a False Report" and it is a misdemeanor crime to do so. If the DCFS has come out, investigated the allegations and closed it as being unfounded, you got a real good case for either DCFS or the local State Attorney's Office to get you some justice.
