Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a family law hearing coming up in a little over a week. Motion for child testimony is set by opposing counsel. I have not seen my son in 6 mo due to his mother's contemptuous behavior. Is it legal to cross-notice the hearing with a motion for temporary relief?

You cannot just pile on your stuff without getting permission from the court and the opposing party.
