Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
family law: magistrate hearing re: relocation of the mother (re-married) & child ,paternity
we disagreed with the magistrates ruling and found him to be biased/filed objection and granted a hearing re: objection. the relocation is based on the new husband's job of which there has been
no evidence to support the mothers claim. ( The real reason for the relocation is to keep the father
separated from his child)It has been proven in court that the mother lied under oath to obtain an injunction)
QUESTION: should I file a notice of subpeona for documents from a non-party (employment records of new husband) ?

yes - since the issue is based on the employment of the new husband - there should be evidence support that.
