Can I file an emergency injunction exparte independently without my attorney.

You do not need an attorney to file a Petition for Injunction. That being said, if an injunction case is already open and you already have an attorney that has filed a notice of appearance in that case, you can't file pleadings pro-se, they will be rejected.
