Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I filed a motion to gain child support from my ex. We have a court date but, she has not provided to me a copy of her dispute response or financial affidavit. How should I approach this when going in to court?

You need to file a Notice of Production and list the items requested. Serve that on her giving her the proper amount of time to respond. If your court date is before the items are received then you need to inform the court that the Notice was given in time to be prepared for the hearing. IF she has not disputed the action to increase child support I hope you at least have the information as to what amount you were asking for. These are not easy answers as I don't know what you filed. She may be held in contempt for not responding. I assume she is planning on attending the hearing. Perhaps you should check the docket to see if she did respond but just did not mail the docs to you.
