Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am filing a divorce from my wife who is here on a fiance visa and also custody of our daughter. what happens if a judge orders a court date for our divorce and custody hearing and she don't show up for the hearing? will the judge order in my favor or will he put out a warrant for her arrest for not appearing as ordered by the judge?

The court will not issue any type of warrant. If she is properly served with notice of the hearing and the divorce then you will get full custody if she does not show at the hearing.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
