My girlfriend had a divorce agreement & has been in & out of court with he x for the past yr. Recently they met and agreed on a planned parenting agreement, but missed her court date and things were changed, that was not in accordance with what they had agreed on

She can file a Motion for Rehearing IF the date is within ten days of the courts Order. If she cannot get a new hearing she may have to file a Petition to Modify.
