Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex girlfriend has yo yo'd my children in front of me for a year. Let's me talk to them, then doesn't. We are now going through time sharing case. I have documented her denying me to talk to the children or see them because of being behind in child support. What are some things i should include to try and ensure I'm able to see my children?

Cannot answer due to too many variables. Best suggestion is to speak with an attorney one on one.

Courts generally believe that it is in the child's best interests to spend time with both parents. Unless the court believes that spending time with you would not be in the children's best interests, then it is very likely that you will be granted regular time-sharing with them.

If you haven't already, you should speak with a family law attorney in your area.
