Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How would i go about getting my grandaughter way from her stepfather that has beaten her and her mother does not care about her and her siblings. She is now cutting her now and there is never no food in the house

how long has this been going on and why now is anyone talking? You could have called the police for child abuse, has the child contact the counselors at school for help, called the Dept. of Children and Family Services and filed charges against both the step and the bio mom . you are not doing anyone any favors by not reporting them to the proper authorities. I hope this child will find peace.
