Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my granddaughter wants to move to fl. to be near me(as I'm in bad health) she has two children, a boy that she has complete cust. of and a girl that she has visititation rights, as she has been fighting to get her back for two and a half years. she lives in New York state, the question is will she still have visititation rights to her daughter and can she still keep trying to get her back from down here?

She can certainly maintain her rights of visitation however, it will be virtually impossible for her to run up and down the road to New York from Florida. I suggest she put in for long distance visitation.
