You will need to to apply for an attorney through Legal Aid in your area. I can't tell if you are in Duval County but if you are then go to the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid or Three Rivers. If you qualify for help they will get an attorney to help you. From the looks of this short message, if he is in contempt of child support then you need to file a contempt motion. you need to state that he has no driver's license and therefore can not pick up your child. Get a therapist through Battered Women - ie Betty White is in St. Augustine and Sulzbacher / Husbbard House in Duval County. If you are not in either of those counties I am sure you can locate one in the area you live. There are lots of things that can be done but you really need an attorney.
