Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, from Jan 2012-May 2013 I was attending the same university as my ex-girlfriend. In Apr. 2012 she pushed and hit me outside of a classroom, however, there were no witnesses. I have an email sent to her mother within hours describing the incident. Before this there were instances where I think she was stalking me. In Nov. 2012 she attempted to get an injunction on me. She failed with her first request for a repeat violence order but succeeded with her second request for a sexual violence order. Both claims were fabricated but investigated by the proper authorities who found no supporting evidence. Since that time she has stalked me on our university campus dorms(she lives several miles off campus, I live on) while the order was in effect. She has past incidents of violence against others and was committed to a mental ward. I would like to know my options for removing the order, suing her for harassment, libel, stalking charges, as well as getting recompensed for any legal costs.

Best your gonna do is get the criminal case sealed and expunged. Use of a lawyer is recommended in this case.
